Canine Angiotensin (1- 9), ANG (1- 9) ELISA Kit - 96tests

The Canine Angiotensin (1–9) ELISA Kit is a competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay specifically developed for the quantitative measurement of ANG (1–9) in canine serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. Angiotensin (1–9) is a bioactive nonapeptide produced from angiotensin I via angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) and plays a regulatory role in the renin-angiotensin system (RAS), counteracting vasoconstrictive and pro-inflammatory actions of ANG II. The assay uses a high-affinity anti-ANG (1–9) antibody coated onto a 96-well microplate, with competition between sample-derived ANG (1–9) and an HRP-conjugated tracer for antibody binding. Colorimetric detection with TMB substrate is measured at 450 nm and is inversely proportional to ANG (1–9) concentration.
