Phospho- ROCK2 (Tyr722) antibody

The Phospho-ROCK2 (Tyr722) antibody is a phosphorylation site-specific monoclonal or polyclonal antibody engineered to detect Rho-associated coiled-coil containing protein kinase 2 (ROCK2) only when phosphorylated at tyrosine residue 722 (Tyr722). ROCK2 is a serine/threonine kinase and a key effector of the RhoA GTPase pathway, regulating actin cytoskeletal dynamics, smooth muscle contraction, cell migration, and apoptosis.

Phosphorylation at Tyr722 has been implicated in the modulation of ROCK2's kinase activity and subcellular localization, possibly affecting its interaction with upstream regulators or downstream substrates such as MYPT1, LIMK, and MLC.
